We have pictures from the gig last night! Thanks to Grace, Ali and Matt who passed the camera around and shot photos of us while we played. For the first outing with a new bassist, this show went pretty well. Next we are looking to the San Diego County Fair (Shh! You didn’t hear me say that). For now, though, enjoy the pictures. The lights were low, we rocked out and all was right in the world!
Last night we blew into O’Connell’s at about 9PM and watched the other two acts. They were good, though getting booked with a couple of acoustic/folk acts was surprising. I don’t think that people were quite ready to hear what we were serving them, but we rocked it anyway. Our goal has been to push San Diego hard rock in a new direction, I think we might just do it. Hitting the stage at 11:45 we weren’t expecting too many to be left in the joint. Surprise! They stuck around, so we gave everything we had to give. It was a good show. The next will be even better.
